Project Background

Empire777 had a vast amount of data spread across multiple databases and wanted to analyze this data to extract valuable business intelligence insights specific to their online gambling operations. The main objectives were to implement AI-driven solutions for data analysis, automate various processes related to casino operations, reduce human error in handling player data and transactions, and gain actionable insights from their gambling-related data.

Challenges

The client faced several challenges:

Solution

To address the client's needs, Agency AI started by building data retrieval tools for their various databases containing player and transaction information. A custom AI agent was implemented for indicator retrieval and calculation of key gambling business metrics. The Agency Swarm framework was used to drive the main DB Query Agent, enabling tool field validation and providing a Gradio interface for easy testing.
