Job Description

We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our rapidly expanding team and build cutting-edge AI-driven features for our SaaS platform https://agencii.ai/. You will focus on creating robust, secure APIs using Firebase and Google Cloud services, leveraging Firestore for NoSQL data storage. This role is fully remote and highly flexible, and you will collaborate closely with our Product Manager to deliver new features efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend APIs using Firebase and Google Cloud services.
• Implement and maintain integrations with Firestore for NoSQL data management.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to scope and prioritize new features.
• Contribute to code quality by following our development principles and writing comprehensive tests.

Technical Skills

• Required:
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with Firebase and Firestore.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases and Google Cloud Platform.
• Nice to Have:
  • TypeScript.
  • Kubernetes experience.
  • Understanding of AI frameworks (OpenAI, AI agent creation).

Soft Skills

• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deliver features on time.
• Clear communication to collaborate effectively with the Product Manager and the broader team.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, growing environment.
