Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing AI agency and spearhead sales for our high-ticket AI solutions. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for selling AI-driven services to businesses, helping them scale with cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell high-ticket AI-powered automation solutions and subscriptions ($6,000+/month) to businesses.
• Educate and consult with business owners on the benefits of AI agents and workflow automation.
• Identify and qualify potential leads, build relationships, and close deals effectively.
• Maintain and manage sales pipelines, tracking progress using Notion.
• Collaborate with our technical team to align solutions with customer needs.
• Provide feedback on customer pain points to help refine our AI solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Confidence in High-Ticket Sales – Experience in selling high-value services and subscriptions in the $6,000+/month range.
• Experience with AI Tools & Automation – Familiarity with ChatGPT, OpenAI, and workflow automation tools.
• Technical Aptitude – Understanding of AI agents, automation, and our Agency Swarm framework (training provided).
• Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to articulate technical solutions clearly to non-technical business owners.
• Experience with Notion – Comfortable using Notion for documentation and process tracking.

Soft Skills

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
