Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical AI Product Manager to oversee the development of our SaaS platform, Agency AI, the first platform for deploying reliable AI-driven agencies at scale. This role focuses on driving the efficient implementation of our roadmap through architectural decisions, technical problem-solving, and close collaboration with our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical development of Agency AI, ensuring efficient implementation of the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to make architectural decisions and resolve technical challenges.
• Scope tasks and deliverables, ensuring alignment with roadmap priorities.
• Occasionally contribute to development, especially for complex features requiring in-depth technical expertise.
• Ensure the platform maintains scalability, reliability, and a strong backend architecture, leveraging Agency Swarm framework and technologies like Firebase, and Kubernetes.
• Provide support to customers in the initial stages, gathering feedback to refine the product.
• Work closely with the product owner to align technical execution with strategic goals.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in backend development with experience in Kubernetes and Firebase.
• Experience developing reliable AI agents using modern agentic frameworks.
• Expertise in designing scalable and reliable system architectures.
• Experience in Python for backend development or in Node JS and Typescript.

Soft Skills

• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate technical challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
