Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Technical Manager to join and lead our AI development team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our esteemed clients and our dedicated developers. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client communications, scoping projects, overseeing project management, and providing valuable feedback to our team. A successful candidate will be well-versed in AI, with a bonus for familiarity with OpenAI and LLMs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary communication liaison between clients and the development team.
• Scope and define project parameters and deliverables in close collaboration with clients.
• Oversee the project management process to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to the development team.
• Engage in technical discussions with clients and provide expert opinions on AI and related technologies.
• Ensure availability for project meetings and sales calls in various time zones to accommodate our global client base.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Node JS, Python and Typescript, with a stronger emphasis on backend development.
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies and their applications, such as OpenAI API, Langchain, Hugging Face, Vector Databases, etc.
• Demonstrated ability in developing robust backend systems and APIs.

Soft Skills

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
